Bookings are essential. Please Book an Appointment using our booking system or by Phone at your earliest convenience to assist us in meeting your requirements.

CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICY

We request a minimum of 24 hrs notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Please keep in mind that if you cancel or do not show up to your appointment with less than 24 hrs notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.

RUNNING LATE

Arriving late may reduce your treatment time. We sincerely regret keeping any client waiting & therefore need to maintain a punctual booking system. This ensures our therapists are always ready for your appointment.
